A Virtual Assistant provides remote administrative, technical, and creative support to busy professionals and entrepreneurs. We can communicate through your preferred channels—email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or WhatsApp. We adapt to your workflow and use the tools you're already comfortable with. We'll establish clear communication protocols during our onboarding to ensure seamless collaboration.
We offer flexible arrangements to match your needs. Whether you need 10 hours per week for basic admin support or 40 hours for comprehensive project management, we can create a package that works for your budget and workload.
Confidentiality is paramount. We sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) with all clients and follow strict data security protocols. All sensitive information is encrypted, stored securely, and never shared with third parties. Your trust is my top priority.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the relationship between you ("Client") and ABI LivingSpring Virtual Services ("Service Provider") in the provision of virtual assistant services.
ABI LivingSpring Virtual Services provides remote administrative, technical, and creative support services as agreed upon in the service agreement. Services include but are not limited to: email management, calendar scheduling, research, social media coordination, data entry, and project coordination.
Fees for services are due as specified in your service package agreement. Payment arrangements are made prior to service commencement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.
All work product created as part of the services shall be owned by the Client. The Service Provider retains rights to general methodologies and processes developed independently.
Either party may terminate this agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, all Client materials will be returned or destroyed as requested.
The Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the services provided.

Confidentiality is a cornerstone of the ABI LivingSpring Virtual Services. This agreement outlines our commitment to protecting your sensitive information.
All information accessed during the provision of services, including business data, financial information, client lists, and proprietary processes, is strictly confidential.
The Service Provider agrees not to disclose, share, or use any Client confidential information for any purpose other than providing the agreed-upon services.
All new clients are required to sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to service commencement. This protects both parties and establishes clear confidentiality terms.
All Client data is stored on encrypted servers with password protection. Access is limited to the Service Provider only. No data is shared with third parties without explicit written consent.
Confidentiality obligations continue indefinitely, even after the termination of services.
Information may be disclosed only when legally required by law enforcement or court order, and the Client will be notified whenever possible.

ABI LivingSpring Virtual Services is committed to your satisfaction. This refund policy explains how returns and refunds are handled.
If you are not satisfied with the services provided during the first week of engagement, you may request a full refund of your initial service package.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service commencement. Please provide detailed feedback about your experience to help us improve.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
If services have already been partially rendered and hours used exceed the initial assessment period, refunds will be calculated based on services actually provided.
Consultation fees and completed specialized projects are non-refundable. Only recurring service packages qualify for the satisfaction guarantee.
